Yes, We Ship Worldwide!

Just getting some favorite Jewelry pieces,but worry about the shipping? Yeah, no problem, we are glad to ship single item samples or large orders to *WORLDWIDE*.

We are making sure the order get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 3-18 business days from the date that it is placed.

Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country. You'd better find out about the import tax situation in your own country.

Order Delivery


In-Stock Items:

Items which are in-stock will be shipped out immediately.

*Please note that orders placed during the Thanksgiving, Christmas,Weekend and New Year holiday (included Chinese-Spring-Festival) may be delayed by one business day due to high order volumes.

Out-of-Stock Items:

If you have items that are out-of-stock at the time of shipment, a special order can be placed for the out-of-stock item(s) with a minimum of 24 pcs per style. Items and sizes that are back ordered usually take 3 weeks for production.

Customized Items

If you choose to customize items, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production. Delivery date can only be ESTIMATED, NOT GUARANTEED.

Please note:
1. Customs clearance can increase the delivery time if your package is held up by customs officials.
2. Time and cost of transit vary depending on where you’re located and where your package is coming from and can be considerably high for international destinations.
3. Before you place an order, you can click the “Calculate shipping cost” link to get the discounted shipping costs to and from any country or region under different shipping methods.

Return Policy


Thank you for selecting TEEMTRY JEWELRY as a source for your fashion jewelry and accessories needs. We put in every effort to service you to the best of our ability in order to provide you with a flawless experience.
Our goal is to resolve your order problems in an efficient and economical manner, with minimal hassle on your end. The following terms and conditions will list our return policy, which will help you understand how our returns are processed. This includes obtaining a RMA number, making a return, and also understanding the different course of actions associated with each return type.

Repair & Exchange

1. Repair and/or exchanges are free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
2. No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.
3. Merchandise with any manufacturing defects for an exchange is only available for the exact item ordered.
4. For non-defective merchandise, items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size for additional 20% re-stocking fee.
5. Not all merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, so please allow approximately 5 weeks for production for out of stock items.

Terms & Conditons

1. Returns may ONLY be accepted within 7 days from the dates of receipt.
2. Any returned packages without a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by TEEMTRY will not be accepted.
3. For your protection, all returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or other carriers)
4. Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
5. Returned items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
6. Return is free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
7. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
8. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Any returned shipment along with COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.

Procedure

1. Please contact us by phone at 86-20-8167-0157, or e-mail us at orders@teemtry.com within 2 weeks of receipt with the photos of the merchandise and a completed return form regarding the item you are requesting to return.
2. You will be issued an RMA# to be included in your return to ensure proper return procedure.
3. Ensure that items to be returned are packed in their original condition and delivered to us with a service with a tracking number. We are not responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during shipping.
4. Refund will be issued once we received returned items. No refund will be issued in advanced without receiving the returned items.
5. You will be credited back with the original amount NOT including any shipping and/or re-stocking charges.

Return Merchandise Form

1. Fill out the return form (Please contact for it) and send this form regarding your returned item to orders@teemtry.com
2. Once you are issued an RMA#, pack return items with the return form and send the package to:
