Just getting some favorite Jewelry pieces,but worry about the shipping? Yeah, no problem, we are glad to ship single item samples or large orders to *WORLDWIDE*. We are making sure the order get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 3-18 business days from the date that it is placed.

We offer a flat rate of $50.00 for international express shipping and FREE international express shipping on orders above $1000.  But please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country. You'd better find out about the import tax situation in your own country.

In-Stock Items:

Items which are in-stock will be shipped out immediately.

*Please note that orders placed during the Thanksgiving, Christmas,Weekend and New Year holiday (included Chinese-Spring-Festival) may be delayed by one business day due to high order volumes.

Out-of-Stock Items:

If you have items that are out-of-stock at the time of shipment, a special order can be placed for the out-of-stock item(s) with a minimum of 24 pcs per style. Items and sizes that are back ordered usually take 3 weeks for production.

Customized Items

If you choose to customize items, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production. Delivery date can only be ESTIMATED, NOT GUARANTEED.

Our goal is to resolve your order problems in an efficient and economical manner, with minimal hassle on your end. The following terms and conditions will list our return policy, which will help you understand how our returns are processed. This includes obtaining a RMA number, making a return, and also understanding the different course of actions associated with each return type.

Repair & Exchange

1. Repair and/or exchanges are free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
2. No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.
3. Merchandise with any manufacturing defects for an exchange is only available for the exact item ordered.
4. For non-defective merchandise, items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size for additional 20% re-stocking fee.
5. Not all merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, so please allow approximately 5 weeks for production for out of stock items.

Terms & Conditons

1. Returns may ONLY be accepted within 7 days from the dates of receipt.
2. Any returned packages without a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by TEEMTRY will not be accepted.
3. For your protection, all returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or other carriers)
4. Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
5. Returned items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
6. Return is free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
7. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
8. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Any returned shipment along with COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.

Procedure

1. Please contact us by phone at 86-20-8167-0157, or e-mail us at orders@teemtry.com within 2 weeks of receipt with the photos of the merchandise and a completed return form regarding the item you are requesting to return.
2. You will be issued an RMA# to be included in your return to ensure proper return procedure.
3. Ensure that items to be returned are packed in their original condition and delivered to us with a service with a tracking number. We are not responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during shipping.
4. Refund will be issued once we received returned items. No refund will be issued in advanced without receiving the returned items.
5. You will be credited back with the original amount NOT including any shipping and/or re-stocking charges.

Return Merchandise Form

1. Fill out the return form (Please contact for it) and send this form regarding your returned item to orders@teemtry.com
2. Once you are issued an RMA#, pack return items with the return form and send the package to:

How does it work?

Step-1. Sign up!

Sign up for your Teemtry wholesale account and enjoy our drop-ship service only a flat $7.00 drop-ship cost for the first item, and $6.00 for each additional item after that. (plus applicable shipping rate).
 

Step 2. List products.

Browse our online catalog and pick the products you want to sell on your own online store.
You can right-click to save the product images without watermark from Teemtry.com to your folder, and upload our images and description to your own store.
 

Step-3. Receive customer orders and payment.

Once you receive an order from your customers, you can place an order with us and add drop-ship service as an option at checkout and edit your own address as the sender.
 

Step-4. Ship directly from us!

We ship the package directly to the customer anywhere in the U.S. without any Teemtry.com information.
 

Price

We charge a $7.00 drop-ship fee for the first item, and $6.00 for each additional item after that. The fees include the costs of carrying inventory, labor, shipping materials (package, box, shipping labels), equipments (printers and scales), and other operation costs, so that you have plenty of time to focus on growing your business in different areas.

Order

No minimum purchase required for drop-ship orders. Simply choose the items your customer purchased from your store and add them to the cart, next you can edit the sender’s address and shipping address (your customer’s). When the order is shipped we will email you the tracking information.

Inventory

We do not offer instant inventory update at present. For avoiding out of stock issues, we strongly suggest selecting the items of the following collections: Connie'Steel,Teemtrying and Kedy excluding the discontinued items and the items discounted 30% off and more. And for those drop-ship users having a time-conscious delivery policy, we suggest you can select ship-in-one-day items for your store.

Payment

The payment methods for drop-ship order are same one as for wholesale orders. Credit card payment method may be approved after customer established a valid payment history with us.

Packaging

All drop-ship orders come complete with standard non-identifying packaging. The order products are packed with quality jewelry boxes without any Alamode’s information and will certainly add value to your customer’s purchases. Our packaging may change depending on availability with our supplier.

Shipping

All drop-ship orders will ship directly to your customer's address, with a packing slip listing your company’s name and the items delivered with no pricing information, and shipping label with your return address.

Return

Returns are accepted for items returned in new condition in original packaging, and we charge 20% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise. Drop-ship service and S&H charges are non-returnable. Most importantly, we will only accept the returns from you. Your customers will have to return the order back to you, and if you choose to return it back to us follow our Return Policy.
